Project description

Competition for the realization of a multifunctional building, composed by a Hotel and a Shopping Mall, to be built in Rome La Magliana District. This competition is linked to the general process of expansion of the capital following the construction of the new Fiera di Roma that should have brought a booming of visitors. The limited success achieved by Fiera di Roma and the delay in the construction of the new EUR Congress Center, has led to the cancellation of this project.
