Project description
Placed at less than 1 Km from Porto Rotondo, this Residence Hotel is directly connected to one of the most trendy and beautiful beach of Costa Smeralda.
The residence is an excellent example of sustainable architecture and the building is not visible from the cost, thanks to the use of local stone and to the architecture perfectly integrated in the landscape. The Residence is composed by 132 apartments all provided direct access to the beach.
