Project description
Competition for the Interior Design of a 5 Stars Hotel in the area of Muscat Beach.
The Hotel has a direct access to a private beach and was developed as a Resort provided with a Luxury SPA & Wellness Center with indoor and outdoor pool.
Provided with 320 Rooms & Suites it offers a wide choice in term of F&B since it was requested to develop a Levantine Café, a Japanese Restaurant and a Grill Restaurant, in addition to 3 bars and a pool bar.
The tender also includes a Congress & Meeting Center for over 1000 people.
