New five stars Hotel in front of Lago Maggiore, a few steps from the well-known Grand Hotel des Iles Borromees. The innovative architecture takes care of the relationship with the surrounding landscape. The project was strongly conditioned by the coexistence of two villas of the beginning of the ‘900, whose presence is making quite complex the phase of acquisition of permits by the municipality.
